Black canvas panel boards create instant mood and are fun to work with. Whether with brush, paint sticks or pens the rigid backing board provides a firm working surface.   

 Need to Know:

• 100% cotton canvas surface is lightly textured and primed with black acrylic gesso
• Use for painting with oil and acrylic paints and pens as well as mixed media projects, collage, craft projects and more.
• For personal preference, painting on canvas board provides a stiffer surface than stretched canvas
• Excellent for creating nighttime scenes and moodier pieces, painting on a black canvas produces more interesting effects and adds dimension through differences in how colors are perceived
• Acid free, lightweight and portable
