    This is reasonable paper for beginner or practice watercoloring. Be aware that one side is very rough, and the texture can show through the painting.

    Careful with tape and lifting

    Nice 2 sides of texture one ultra smooth and better for watercolor pencils and watercolor gel crayons, the other more textured good for loose watercolor, pastels and watercolor crayons.
    Good thickness slight wave if paints to wet…..paper is a bit soft so do not scrub or do too much erasing/lifting, need to look for very low tack tape to define edges as my usual tapes tear out the paper and can damage your work.
