I also love the top spiral binding. It lays flat, flips easily, and the perforated pages make it simple to tear out a sketch without mangling the edge. Great quality for the price, and the size is perfect for quick studies, warmups, and on-the-go sketching.
These KINGART Earth Tone gel pens are an instant yes. The color palette is gorgeous, warm, grounded, and surprisingly versatile. It’s not just “brown.” You get a full spread of earthy greens, ochres, clay reds, taupes, and deep neutrals that make notes, doodles, journaling, and sketching look intentionally aesthetic without trying too hard.
Performance wise, they are smooth and consistent. The ink glides without scratchiness, the flow is steady, and I have not had the annoying gel pen issues like sputtering, skipping, or having to scribble in a corner to “wake up” the ink. The lines feel clean and saturated, and the colors stay true on the page.
The grip is another underrated win. It’s soft and comfortable, which makes a difference if you’re writing for a while or getting lost in coloring and detail work. Also, the ink cartridges are generous, so it feels like a set you will actually use up instead of a set that dies after a week.
If you love earth tones, cozy palettes, or anything that leans natural and moody, this set is a delight. It makes everyday writing feel more creative, and it’s one of those supplies you reach for constantly once it’s in your pen cup.
I’m genuinely delighted with this KINGART Studio Brush Basin Tub. It’s one of those simple studio tools that immediately makes your painting setup feel more organized, cleaner, and easier to manage.
The design is smart. The openings around the rim actually hold brushes securely during and after use, and the interior ribs make it easy to clean paint out of bristles without being rough on them. I also love that the ledges keep brushes suspended so the bristles are not getting crushed at the bottom. That one detail alone makes it feel more thoughtful than the average rinse cup.
The lid is another big win. It keeps things tidy, helps prevent spills, and is handy for holding water (or your solvent of choice, if you use one). The tub feels sturdy and stable, and the low center of gravity really does reduce the chance of accidental tipping. It’s also a great size without hogging space, and the plastic feels durable.
If you paint regularly and want a more functional, less chaotic brush-cleaning situation, this is an easy recommendation. It’s affordable, practical, and it just works.
