Trying out acrylic markers. It was recommended I try this company. Was very pleased. Very nice product. And fast delivery.
I am a face painter so my use of these brushes is somewhat specialized. I have purchased three 5/8" 9400 Angular Shaders and these last the longest of any. It's important that the bristles are not too long on this size angled flat. The paint near the ferrule gets wasted with a long bristle, and the bristles are too soft and split mid-stroke. At the same time if they are too short they are not flexible enough. These are the perfect length. GREAT PRODUCT!!!
I wish I had known about Kingart much sooner than I did. Every product I have purchased from this company has been superb. It is always packaged beautifully and arrives lickity split.
I'm in love with these beautiful paints. It's taken a bit of time to get to know how they work, but ultimately they lend so much dimension to my art. I feel the same about the metallic markers as well. I definitely would recommend them. So Fun!

This sketchbook is absolutely picking up what I’m putting down.
I’ve found the paper has just the right weight and tooth to meet me where I am, whether I’m sketching lightly, layering, or going in with more intention. It holds pigment beautifully without feeling stiff or precious, which makes it easy for me to stay in flow and keep creating without hesitation.
What I appreciate most is how responsive it feels. I’ve used paper that fights me, and this isn’t that. It takes ink, pencil, and mixed media with ease, and I don’t feel punished for experimenting. I’ve even used slightly wetter mediums, and it holds up really well without excessive buckling, which I appreciate. There’s a quiet confidence to it that lets me explore without second-guessing every mark.
I also really like the size. It feels big enough to breathe but still easy for me to move around with. It ends up feeling more like a creative companion than a constraint.
For me, this has been one of those sketchbooks that meets my energy and supports my process in a really natural way. 🎨✨
