SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

KINGART® offers ground standard shipping and handling within the contiguous 48 states as well as expedited services.  Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico may incur incremental charges above standard shipping rates.

All hazardous materials ship by UPS to physical addresses only. All aerosol products ship by ground only within the lower 48 contiguous states.

Free standard shipping promotions are subject to change and only apply to US only orders within the lower 48 contiguous states. Free shipping excludes: AK, AS, FM, GU, HI, MH, AE, AP, AA, VI, PR, PW, MP

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates apply to orders shipped outside the US. These are calculated by our carriers and pricing is subject to change.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

All orders ship from our Pennsylvania warehouse location.

An order that is in stock and placed online by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (Standard delivery) will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Air Expedited Orders must be placed by 12 Noon Eastern Time in order to be shipped the same day. Disclaimer: KINGART® CANNOT GUARANTEE SAME DAY SHIPMENT FOR ALL ORDERS, KINGART® WILL PUT FORTH OUR BEST EFFORT TO SHIP THIS ORDER ON THE PROMISED DATE.

RETURNS POLICY

New, unopened items which you no longer want, may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note: a 15% restocking fee will be applied. (excludes special order items) 

Goods are not returnable after 30 days of purchase date. See your KINGART® Invoice for more information regarding returns policy.

We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). To assure fast, accurate processing of your return, be sure to make a copy of your original order that came with the merchandise and enclose it with the returned merchandise. Use the original packaging if possible and remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with tape, not string.

DAMAGED ITEM / WRONG ITEM

If your item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, we will replace your item at no charge. Please email us at services@kingartco.com to obtain a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. This is required prior to shipping your item back.

Send back your return via the Post Office, UPS, FEDEX or another service with a copy of the original order.

Do not return paint via U.S. Mail. Paint must be shipped by a Hazmat Approved Shipper like The UPS Store.

Please allow 14 Days for us to receive and process your return.

SALES TAXES

KINGART® is required to charge applicable state and local taxes.
