Dori Wimberly and Jason Lee are an emerging artist couple in North Alabama.

Jason holds a Bachelors of Arts from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama from 1997 and earned a Masters of Fine Arts from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2000. He then went on to teach for a combined 12 and a half years at Bishop State and University of South Alabama.

Dori is a former marketer and graphic designer who holds a Bachelors of Arts (2006) from University of Alabama in Huntsville where she played basketball for the Lady Chargers. She recently began painting in 2022 intuitively as a form of healing after resigning from her full time career.

Both create full time and hope to form a local, grass roots no profit later this year with the goal of helping other "underground" artists with resources/marketing and offer local community studio classes.
