- No Purchase is Necessary to Participate

- Purchasing a KINGART Product Does Not Increase Entrants’ Chances of Winning

- All Entrants Must Be 18 or Older

- All Entrants Must Be Legal Residents of the United States or Canada

- Employees of KINGART and their Immediate Family, Are Not Eligible to Participate

- Giveaway not sponsored by Facebook or Instagram

TIMELINE: The Sweepstakes begins on the last Friday of the month at 12 noon EST and ends on Sunday at 11:59pm EST.

WINNERS:

- Winners are chosen at random using a third party app after the sweepstakes closes.

- Winners are contacted via text after the sweepstakes closure.

- By entering this sweepstakes, winners agree to have their first and last names published on our social media pages and on our website in a "Winners" post.

- Winners must claim prize within 7 days of text and/or social post announcing them as a winner or they will forfeit their prize.

PRIZE:

- KINGART to ship prize within 30 days of winners mailing address collection.

- KINGART reserves the right to supply a prize of equal value, should an inventory issue arrise with the prize originally presented.
