The king art 3/0 studio brushes are my favorite detail brushes of all the brushes I've used, expe...

I will continue ordering the King Art studio brushes and any of their detail brushes and will likely try other types of the King Art brush sets. I illustrate books, do many watercolor and acrylic paintings which I sell in local art galleries. The detail brushes by KingArt and also one other brand I've found on Amazon, NicPro, are the best detail brushes hands down. Yes they're also super affordable which also is surprising since many believe you have to spend top dollar on the very best brushes. Not true. They hold a lot of water and you can do very fine and precise detailed lines. The tips also remain pointed and don't get that annoying curve where they wear out and are bent without using them for a very long while. They also do not have the hairs fall out! I've used Escoda brushes, W&N, Princeton, Black velvet, the pen and ink brushes which you can get a very precise line from, Anna Masons brushes from Jackson Art Supply as well as the pin-striping and liner brushes that the pros use on instagram that all get 5 star consumer reviews. so I've used a wide variety and I'm telling you I love these little brushes. I also love the water fillable pen brushes that are 1-3mm round for on the go sketching and I hope King Art decides to make some very small detailed. round water filllable brushes with large reservoirs . I will continue ordering the KingArt studio brushes for as long as they're sold. Actually I'll likely buy a massive order of them so that I never run out. Don't be fooled thinking these are cheap brushes for little kids art projects... only one thing, if the crimp on the ferrule is lose you might have to put a drop of super glue where it attaches to the handle. Not a deal breaker but I've found a couple with a lose ferrule. Lol They're extremely affordable and I'd give them 10 stars. If I change my mind, I'll be sure to edit my review, but These are my go to brushes for detailed work!
